She is a People and Culture Leader with a strategic and innovative partnership approach to relationship engagement. Rhonda has experience in various areas in Human Resources with notable contributions in various industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, Sports, and Entertainment. She is passionate about creating innovative recruiting strategies that incorporate segmented approaches to attracting and hiring underrepresented segments in our community.

Throughout her career she has made efforts to create community linkages and welcomes opportunities to demonstrate her commitment to supporting and shaping women and equity deserving youth. Rhonda looks forward to providing support to the Board in a shared effort to maintain the success of Frontlines and the work they do to elevate the Weston community.
