Jay started working at Frontlines as a Youth Engagement Specialist in November 2023. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care and a minor in Sociology from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Before Frontlines, she interned at TDSB as a Child and Youth Counsellor, where she collaborated with families and professionals to create personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure holistic support for each young person in her care.

She likes to read, play games, and travel with her friends in her free time.

Jay says she loves working at Frontlines because of the organization’s unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people in Weston.
