Keisha Wright started working at Frontlines in July 2024 as the Director of Programs. Keisha has over 10 years experience in the management and coordination of social intervention programs, strategies and projects that are geared towards uplifting lives as well as reducing crime, violence and other criminogenic risk factors impacting marginalized and vulnerable youths and communities.

Professionally, she has served in roles spanning research, international security relations, strategic planning, policy development and management.   Her academic qualifications includes a Master of Arts in International Criminology, a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management.

Keisha is passionate about singing. She enjoys interior decorating, the creative and performing arts and spending time with family. She decided to work at Frontlines because she is a humanitarian, a social justice advocate and enjoys the feeling she gets when doors are opened that would otherwise be shut and when hope is restored in difficult or hopeless situations.
