Leah Carr is a highly accomplished Human Resources Professional and Career Coach with over 15 years’ experience working in the hospitality, manufacturing, construction, academia and not-for-profit sectors. Leah is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is currently the Director of Human Resources at IGNITE, student Union at Humber and Guelph-Humber University. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Western University’s Ivey Business School.

With a passion for helping individuals navigate through their professional journeys, Leah combines her extensive expertise in career development, strategic branding, and motivational coaching to guide her clients towards fulfilling and impactful careers.

Leah is dedicated to giving back to my home country, St. Vincent where she leads initiatives to provide educational resources, including backpacks and school supplies, to support youth in her local community.
