Before Frontlines, Lesean worked as a Program Coordinator with Toronto Community Housing, for the Youthworx program. When he’s not working, Lesean enjoys making music, engaging in outdoor activities (cycling, nature walks, bbq’s), and attending social engagements.

Lesean says he loves working at Frontlines because he is afforded the opportunity to contribute to the educational and professional skill development of teens who can relate to some of his lived-experiences within the community. He enjoys using his community programming and facilitation experience to help teens within the Weston community connect with available resources that will contribute to the well-being and skill development of teens.
