Noella Charles started working at Frontlines in 2016. She is happy with anything Culinary and has a passion for creating new recipes. Culinary life is a never ending adventure for her. She loves the artistic experience of the Culinary life and her creations were published many times in the Toronto National Post Newspaper (Gastropost).
Her first passion as a certified Event Manager / Fundraising Manager took a side road to pursue culinary teaching. She took a break from managing Ella Charles Cuisine to delve back into community engagement via Culinary Programs at Frontlines.
