Joining the Frontlines team in March 2024, DeQuon is driven by his deep-rooted commitment to his community. As a proud member of the Weston community himself, DeQuon saw an opportunity to give back and make a difference in the lives of local youth. Drawing upon his extensive experience and genuine desire to empower children, DeQuon is dedicated to providing opportunities for growth, learning, and development to every child he encounters at Frontlines.

Graduating from Humber College with a diploma in Business Management and Construction, DeQuon acquired valuable skills and knowledge that laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.

With a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals, DeQuon brings to Frontlines over 5 years of experience working directly with children. His experience spans various roles, including leading before and after-school programs where he played a pivotal role in creating engaging and enriching environments for children to learn and grow.
