Ayotola Akinyemi started working at Frontlines in September 2023 as the Human Resources Generalist. Ayotola has over 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.

She completed her Bsc in International Relations at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and a Master of International Law and Diplomacy at the University of Lagos. She also acquired a Graduate Certification in Human Resources from Seneca College. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association.

Ayotola also has years of community volunteering experience providing pro-bono services to communities with about 1,500 residents. She served as the General Secretary  and Chairperson Social and Welfare Committee of a residential  association  with over 1500 residents for over 4 years. When she’s not working, Ayotola  likes watching movies, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Ayotola enjoys working at Frontlines because of the team work and team building put into practice. She also enjoys getting an opportunity to be in her career role as HR and being a member of the group that serves the community which are both her passion.
