Russell Borden start working at Frontlines in January 2024 as the new Director of Operations.
Russell has over 10 plus years in Operations, Russell studied Accounting and Therapeutic Recreation and received his post graduate degree from Georgian College.

He comes with experience as an Executive Director, Accounting, and Youth worker. When Russell is not working, he enjoys working out, martial arts, and spending time with his wife and dog-Ozzie.

Russell loves working at Frontlines, the feeling of giving back to the community is very rewarding. Russell enjoys using his soft skills to ensure a feeling of belonging for all Youth in the community and the ability to show the Youth the resources and opportunities here at Frontlines
