Melanie Browne
Young Adults Program Manager

Melanie started working at Frontlines in November 2024 as the Young Adult Program Manager. She carries over 15 years experience providing individual counselling, crisis support, Mental Health Education and mentoring in a variety of environments.

She has partnered with black-owned businesses like BrAIDS for AIDS, Shelland House of Films, Acts 29 Ministry & HEY (Helping Every Youth) Magazine and is passionate about continuing the conversation about healing from the impacts of violence. As part of her self-care, she enjoys music, painting, being in nature and spending time with her two daughters.

Melanie is excited to work at Frontlines with the goal to create therapeutic environments that allow people to be authentic and is committed to raising awareness around breaking generational cycles, healthy relationships through her work at Frontlines.
