Her educational background, with a Master’s degree in English Literature and HR business/management from McMaster University, reflects a combination of language proficiency and HR expertise.

Being an approved member of HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) and pursuing the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation demonstrates Neelam’s commitment to professional development in the field of HR.
